Mr cooper's please sir can I have some more...

Mr coopers is a restaurant in the Midland hotel (Manchester). It's in a lovely room opposite the french, there were leaves growing out of the wall and there is a tree in the middle of the room. Also the tables and chairs were like garden furniture.

The service is very good. The staff made you feel welcome, although it is posh the staff were
friendly!I got given my own menu which is nice
because I don't always get given a menu because I am kid! The portions are small and were enough
for me, but I don't know how the portions are big enough for a adult to be very full!

For starters I had black pudding in fried brioche with apple and bacon jam!I loved the black pudding in brioche bread and I thought the bacon jam went really nice with it!My starter was small but my mums was tiny!

For main course I had grilled sole with ginger butternut, shrimps and bok choy. The sole was nice.I thought the ginger butternut was a bit too sweet but my dad thought it was lovely.I had never
had shrimps before I tried them and I really liked them.

My dessert was caramel tart with mascarpone ice  cream!I thought that the tart was a bit heavy and
there could have been a bit more ice cream, but the ice cream tasted nice!

I wish I had chosen my dad's dessert!

Altogether I thought the restaurant was good and the staff were very nice. The thing that lets it down is the portion size and I was full but my dad wasn't.If you have a big appetite I suggest getting another starter or some side dishes.

Eastern Eye Ramsbottom

Eastern eye is a popular Indian in Ramsbottom. The staff are welcoming. We eat at the Indian regularly and the staff talk to us a lot! The restaurant itself is clean and well decorated.

The food is brilliant and the Sunday special is extremely good value for just £9.95!I love the chicken chat because it has a good depth of flavour, plus the salad makes it taste nice!I also like the lamb shashlik! The lamb is nice and chewy. The vegetable curry sauce and the onions go really well with the delicious lamb.

Eastern eye is a good Indian restaurant and if you have been or planning on going I hope you enjoy it!

Prachee

Prachee is a Indian restaurant in Preswich. The staff are nice and funny!Prachee's service is good and the waiters away talk to my little brother and make him laugh!

The food at Prachee is very good for the price, when we go on a Sunday we get the Sunday special. The Sunday special is:
  • Poppadoms and chutney tray
  • Any starter, I recommend lamb chops
  • Any main course, I usually have chicken tikka masala
  • Rice and a naan between 2
  • Ice cream or coffee
For only £11.95!The curry's are so yummy and the chicken tikka masala is so creamy!I love the lamb chops they have lots of flavour and the onions make them even better!

Prachee is one of my favorite Indian restaurants and if you like Indian food I would recommend here!

Nick's Bolton

Nick's Bolton

Without doubt my favourite restaurant. Nick's is just a tiny restaurant in a terraced house on the outskirts of Bolton town center. The staff are friendly and always talk to me which is nice because a lot of people just ignore me because I am a kid! Sometimes it can be a bit cramped but that doesn't bother me because I am only small!

This Is black pudding on a bed of mackerel mash.I love the mackerel mash because the mackerel doesn't over power the potato too much but adds a nice flavour! I thought the black pudding was lovely because it was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside!

My main course was salmon in a mint pea puree. The puree went very well with salmon. The salmon was crispy and was cooked perfectly! The vegetables also went nicely with it!

This is one of my favourite desserts, Manchester tart! The tart is so yummy with ice cream.I don't like bananas but i think they go well with the tart.I love the coconut on top of it and tart itself is creamy but not too creamy.

I love nicks and i think most people would too!
